Due to the priority, focus, and attention that we assign to our customers, we are committed to offering the following services to address performance standards and we do so to honor our commitment to excellence in customer service. These may include:

  • Dedicated service team will meet with you on an as needed basis to review open items and address on-going service needs.

  • Daily service needs (Certificate of Insurance, Bond Requests, Owners Contractors Protectives, Railroad Protectives, etc.) to be addressed and issued on a timely basis. Emergency issues to be addressed on an "as needed" basis. Garrett-Stotz is committed to making its service staff available 24/7 should the need arise.

  • Renewal Process to begin at least three (3) months prior to renewal, with on-going emphasis throughout the policy year.

  • A minimum of one annual meeting will be planned with key Insurance company/ carrier personnel, Garret-Stotz Company and our customer. Additional meetings to be held should market conditions warrant same.

  • Semi-Annual Claim Reviews will be conducted and Claim Advocacy maintained at all times.

  • The Garrett-Stotz Service Team is committed to being on the "pulse" of the insurance marketplace, communicating new developments that will assist you in meeting or exceeding your insurance needs/ goals.

  • Assessment and Planning meeting with senior management to discuss trends within customer's industry.
